STAFF

The Ranch has over 60 years of experience in Christian camping. We consider our staff a vital part to the success of camp weeks. In addition to more than 45 full-time staff, we recruit over 100 volunteers for the summer. These young people help as counselors, operational staff, and are essential to camp operations. 

Summer staff counselors are selected from Christian colleges across the country. Our counselor and operational staff are often commended for their friendliness, helpfulness, and respect. Your child will enjoy each day’s adventures with his or her counselors!
